Lumberton murder suspect surrenders

LUMBERTON - A man who was wanted in a fatal shooting that occurred in September in Lumberton turned himself in to police Monday.

Bradley McCormick, 22, is charged with first-degree murder in the Sept. 28 death of 22-year-old Clifton Jones, according to a release from the Lumberton Police Department.

The shooting happened in the Weaver Court housing area off Martin Luther King Drive.
