Arrests
Robert Ronald Manshum, 23, of the 100 block of Homeplace Court, has been charged with a sex offender registry violation. He is accused of moving to the 600 block of Vancouver Drive without notifying the Sheriff's Office of his change of address and living within 1,000 feet of a day care center. Bail was set at $20,000.
Andre Curtis Fennell, 31, of the 4200 block of South Dowfield Drive, was charged Tuesday with statutory rape of a 14-year-old. Bail was set at $50,400.
Rodrick Ricardo Reid, 35, of the 300 block of Longhorn Drive, was charged Tuesday with felony conversion. He is accused of renting a car from Enterprise Rent-A-Car in 2008 and failing to return it. Bail was set at $3,000.

BAYBERRY COURT: 400 block, reported Sunday at 5:10 p.m., electronics, shotgun and rifle taken.
RAEFORD ROAD: 6700 block, reported Sunday, nothing reported missing.
SEABROOK ROAD: 1800 block, reported Sunday, nothing reported missing.
PINECREST DRIVE: 2700 block, reported Sunday, nothing reported missing.
Vehicle break-ins
RAEFORD ROAD: Tallywood Shopping Center, reported Tuesday at 8:16 p.m., tote bag taken.
VALLEY ROAD: 300 block, reported Tuesday at 3:20 p.m., MP3 player taken.
Theft
SYCAMORE DAIRY ROAD: An employee at Cape Fear Harley-Davidson at 3950 Sycamore Dairy Road reported Tuesday that someone took 20 steel motorcycle pallets, valued at $4,000, from the business.
Robbery
SPRING LAKE: An armed robbery was reported Sunday on the 600 block of N.C. 210 in Spring Lake. No details were given.
