Arrests
Dennis Larell Maynor, 19, of the 800 block of Danish Drive, was charged Wednesday with robbery with a deadly weapon, breaking and entering, larceny and possessing stolen property. Bail was set at $35,000.
Christian Ross, 34, of the 700 block of Newport Road, was charged Wednesday with four counts of identity theft and three counts of obtaining property by false pretense. Bail was set at $4,000.
David George Ruggles, 30, of the 500 block of Rodie Avenue, was charged Wednesday with larceny by anti-inventory device. Bail was set at $1,000.
Nodvier Vanegas, 24, of the 2300 block of Cumberland Gap Drive, was charged Wednesday with felony conspiracy. Bail was set at $1,000.
Ronnie Lee Tanner, 55, of the 600 block of Goodyear Drive in Spring Lake, was charged Tuesday with taking indecent liberties with a child. Bail was set at $10,000.
Christopher Bryant Barnes, 41, of the 1100 block of Arran Circle, was charged Wednesday with possession of a firearm by felon, possession with intent to sell and deliver marijuana, felony possession of cocaine, and maintaining a vehicle, dwelling or place for a controlled substance. Bail was set at $10,000.
Melvin Lee Mackey, 26, of Cambridge Arms Apartments, was charged Wednesday with three counts of possession with intent to manufacture, sell and deliver MDA, selling MDMA, three counts of delivering a Schedule I controlled substance and three counts of maintaining a vehicle, dwelling or place for a controlled substance, selling a Schedule I controlled substance, and two counts of trafficking MDA. Bail was set at $15,500.

LILLINGTON: Kenneth Lewis Roe, 44, of the 6600 block of South River Road, was charged Tuesday with fleeing to elude arrest and misdemeanor counts of larceny, possessing stolen property, driving while impaired and traffic violations. Bail was set at $19,200.
LILLINGTON: Jason Ray Smith, 33, of Sunflower Lane in Spring Lake, was charged Tuesday with three counts each of breaking and entering, larceny and possessing stolen property and one count each of vehicle theft, possessing a stolen vehicle and misdemeanor traffic violations. Bail was set at $81,200.
LILLINGTON: Joshua Allen Page, 32, of the 16000 block of N.C. 27 West in Sanford, was charged Tuesday with three counts each of breaking and entering, larceny and possessing stolen property and one count each of vehicle theft, possessing a stolen vehicle and a littering citation. Bail was set at $75,250.
SANFORD: Jerry Scott Tickle, 26, of the 1000 block of Cumnock Road, was charged Tuesday with breaking and entering, larceny and possessing stolen property. Bail was set at $30,000.
