Arrests

Barry Joseph McAllister, 52, of the 400 block of King Street, was charged Thursday with obtaining property by false pretense. Bail was set at $1,000.

Belynda Gail Tillman, 46, of the Tropical Hotel, was charged Thursday with trafficking opium or heroin, obtaining a controlled substance by fraud and possession of stolen property. Bail was set at $2,000.

Joshua Corey Mott, 17, of the 3900 block of Stone Street in Hope Mills, was charged Thursday with breaking and entering, larceny after breaking and entering, possession of stolen property and felony conspiracy. Bail was set at $3,000.

Rita Williams, 26, of the 1500 block of Gillespie Street, was charged Thursday with financial card fraud and financial card theft. Bail was set at $1,000.

Katrina Marlena General, 26, of the 2300 block of Norment Road in Lumberton, was charged Thursday with larceny by anti-inventory device and contributing to the delinquency of a juvenile. Bail was set at $500.

Joshua Edward Jones, 17, of the 3500 block of Arabia Road in Raeford, was charged Thursday with larceny after breaking and entering, possession of stolen property and felony conspiracy. Bail was set at $12,000.

Break-ins

TIMBERCROFT LANE : 6800 block, reported at 3:12 p.m. Wednesday, power tools taken.

COLONIAL DRIVE : 100 block, reported at 6:59 p.m. Wednesday, electronics taken.

Vehicle break-ins

CANDLEWOOD DRIVE : 6900 block, reported at 4:28 a.m. Wednesday, gun taken.

RAEFORD ROAD : 7000 block, reported at 4:52 a.m. Wednesday, electronics taken.

DALTON ROAD : 5900 block, reported at 6 a.m. Thursday, electronics taken.

ELEANOR AVENUE : 200 block, reported at 5:11 a.m. Thursday, body armor and electronics taken.

Arrests

CARTHAGE: Daquan Terrell Ross, 19, of the 100 block of Bryant Road, was charged July 23 with five counts of breaking and entering and three each of larceny and possessing stolen property. Bail was set at $7,500.

CARTHAGE: Earnest Eugene Leviner, 51, of Gastonia, was charged Monday with three counts of obtaining a controlled substance by misrepresentation to a health care provider. Bail was set at $5,000.

Break-ins

SANFORD : 2200 block of South Horner Boulevard, reported at 9:30 p.m. Wednesday.

SANFORD : 100 block of North First Street, reported at 9:29 p.m. Wednesday.
